1Introduction

This Subscription & Billing Policy ("Policy") governs the purchase, renewal, billing, management and cancellation of subscriptions for the software, website, applications, downloadable software, Expert Advisors ("EAs"), plugins, indicators, APIs and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Trading Execution Pte Ltd ("Trading Execution", "we", "our", or "us").

This Policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions. By purchasing, renewing or maintaining a Subscription, you agree to this Policy.

2Subscription Plans

Trading Execution may offer one or more subscription plans with different features, access levels, pricing or usage limits.

Details of available subscription plans will be published on our website or within the Services.

Trading Execution reserves the right to introduce, modify or discontinue subscription plans at any time.

3Subscription Commencement

Your Subscription begins once payment has been successfully processed and confirmed.

Access to subscription-only features, downloadable software and Expert Advisors will only be provided after successful payment and any required account verification or licence activation has been completed.

4Subscription Period

Subscriptions are provided for the billing period selected during purchase, such as monthly or annually.

Unless cancelled in accordance with this Policy, your Subscription will remain active until the end of the applicable billing period or until otherwise terminated under our Terms and Conditions.

5Automatic Renewal

Unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period, your Subscription will automatically renew for the same subscription period.

By purchasing a Subscription, you authorise Trading Execution or our authorised payment service provider to charge your selected payment method for each renewal until your Subscription is cancelled.

6Billing and Payment

Subscription fees are payable in advance.

Payments are processed through trusted third-party payment service providers.

Trading Execution does not store your full credit or debit card details.

You agree to:

• provide accurate and current payment information;
• keep your payment information up to date;
• authorise all charges relating to your Subscription.

You are responsible for any taxes, duties or government charges applicable to your purchase unless otherwise stated.

7Software Licences

Where a Subscription includes downloadable software or Expert Advisors:

• the licence granted is personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable;
• the licence remains valid only while your Subscription remains active, unless otherwise expressly stated;
• Trading Execution may require software activation, licence verification or periodic validation to confirm your entitlement to use the Services.

Unauthorised attempts to bypass or interfere with licence verification mechanisms are prohibited.

8Failed or Declined Payments

If payment cannot be successfully processed, Trading Execution may:

• retry the payment;
• notify you of the failed payment;
• suspend access to subscription-only features;
• deactivate software licences or Expert Advisors;
• downgrade your Account to an available free tier, where applicable;
• terminate your Subscription if payment remains outstanding.

Trading Execution is not responsible for any loss resulting from suspended or terminated access arising from failed payment.

9Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your Account or by following the cancellation procedures made available through the Services.

Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

Unless otherwise stated, you may continue using your Subscription until the end of the billing period already paid for.

At the end of that period, access to subscription-only features, software licences and Expert Advisors may be suspended, disabled or revoked.

10Refund Policy

Except where required by applicable law, all subscription fees and payments made to Trading Execution are final and non-refundable.

This includes, without limitation:

• voluntary cancellations;
• unused subscription periods;
• partial subscription periods;
• dissatisfaction with the Services;
• changes in personal circumstances;
• suspension or termination resulting from a breach of our Terms and Conditions or other applicable policies.

Nothing in this Policy limits any non-excludable rights available under applicable law.

11Price Changes

Trading Execution may revise subscription pricing from time to time.

Where reasonably practicable, existing subscribers will be notified before revised pricing takes effect.

Continued use of the Services after the revised pricing becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated subscription fees unless otherwise required by applicable law.

12Promotional Offers

Trading Execution may, from time to time, offer:

• promotional pricing;
• discounts;
• referral incentives;
• complimentary trial periods;
• other marketing offers.

Promotional offers:

• are subject to their own terms and conditions;
• may be withdrawn or modified at any time;
• may not be combined unless expressly stated;
• have no cash value unless required by law.

Trading Execution reserves the right to determine eligibility for promotional offers.

13Free Trials

Where a free trial is offered, access to paid features may be provided for the trial period specified at registration.

Unless otherwise stated:

• only one free trial may be permitted per eligible user;
• Trading Execution may require payment details before commencing a trial;
• a free trial may automatically convert into a paid Subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.

Where automatic conversion applies, you authorise the applicable subscription charges.

14Changes to the Services

Trading Execution may add, modify, replace or discontinue features included within any Subscription.

This includes updates to:

• software applications;
• Expert Advisors;
• indicators;
• plugins;
• supported integrations;
• cloud functionality.

Trading Execution does not guarantee that any particular feature will remain available indefinitely.

15Suspension and Termination

Trading Execution may suspend or terminate a Subscription where:

• payment remains outstanding;
• fraudulent activity is suspected;
• unauthorised account sharing is detected;
• software piracy or licence abuse is identified;
• attempts are made to bypass licence activation or verification;
• the user breaches our Terms and Conditions or other applicable policies.

Termination of a Subscription does not affect any accrued rights or obligations existing before termination.

16Changes to this Policy

Trading Execution may amend this Policy from time to time.

The latest version will be published through the Services or on our website.

Your continued use of the Services after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
