Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property rights in the software, website, applications and related services (collectively, the "Services") are owned by Trading Execution Pte Ltd or its licensors.

• user interfaces and designs;
• databases and data structures;
• documentation and user guides;
• reports, graphics and visual elements;
• text, layouts and other content;
• trademarks, logos, trade names and branding;
• copyrights;
• trade secrets;
• proprietary know-how;
• updates, enhancements and future versions of the Services.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

The Services and their contents are protected by applicable copyright laws and international intellectual property principles.

Except where expressly permitted by law or with the prior written consent of Trading Execution, you must not:

• copy;
• reproduce;
• publish;
• distribute;
• transmit;
• display;
• adapt;
• modify; or
• create derivative works from,

any part of the Services.

3Trademarks

"Trading Execution", our logos, branding, product names, slogans and other distinctive identifiers are the property of Trading Execution or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

Nothing contained within the Services grants any licence or right to use any trademark without the prior written consent of the relevant owner.

4Licence to Users

Your use of the Services is governed by our Terms and Conditions.

Except for the limited licence expressly granted under those Terms, no ownership, licence or other intellectual property rights are transferred to you.

5Feedback

If you voluntarily submit suggestions, ideas, enhancement requests, bug reports or other feedback relating to the Services ("Feedback"), you agree that:

• Trading Execution may use, modify, implement and incorporate such Feedback into the Services without restriction;
• Trading Execution is not required to provide compensation, attribution or acknowledgement for your Feedback; and
• you represent that you have the right to provide such Feedback.

6Reporting Intellectual Property Infringement

If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed by content made available through the Services, please provide Trading Execution with:

• your name and contact information;
• a description of the intellectual property allegedly infringed;
• details sufficient to identify the material in question;
• an explanation of the basis of your claim; and
• any supporting documentation reasonably available.

Trading Execution will review legitimate notices and take appropriate action where required.

7Reservation of Rights

Trading Execution reserves all rights, title and interest in and to the Services and all associated intellectual property.

No licence or right shall be implied by estoppel or otherwise except as expressly granted in writing.
