By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted this Disclaimer.

2Software Provider Only

Trading Execution develops and provides software designed to assist users with trading-related workflows, trade management, execution assistance, analytics and account management.

Trading Execution is a software provider.

Trading Execution is not:

• a licensed financial adviser;
• an investment adviser;
• a broker;
• a dealer;
• a fund manager;
• a portfolio manager;
• a custodian of client assets.

4Expert Advisor Disclaimer

Certain Services include an Expert Advisor ("EA") designed for use with MetaTrader 5 or other supported trading platforms.

The EA is a software tool that provides users with a virtual trade management keypad and related trade management functionality.

The EA is intended solely to assist users in executing trade management actions that are initiated or configured by the user. Such actions may include, where available:

• partial position closures;
• stop-loss adjustments;

• other trade management features made available through the Services.

The EA does not independently analyse market conditions, generate trading signals, select trading opportunities or decide whether a trade should be opened, modified or closed.

Trading Execution does not guarantee that any trade management instruction will be executed successfully, immediately or exactly as requested. Execution may be affected by factors outside our control, including broker execution policies, MetaTrader 5, internet connectivity, VPS performance, server availability, market conditions and other third-party systems.

The availability of the EA and its features may change over time due to software updates, compatibility requirements, security improvements or changes made by third-party platforms or service providers.

5No Broker Relationship

Trading Execution does not operate a brokerage.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Trading Execution:

• does not execute trades as your broker;
• does not provide brokerage services;
• does not custody client assets;
• does not hold client funds;
• does not guarantee trade execution;
• does not guarantee market access.

Where the Services interact with third-party trading platforms or brokers, Trading Execution acts solely as the provider of software tools.

6Third-Party Platforms and Services

The Services may integrate with or depend upon third-party services, including:

• MetaTrader 5;
• brokerage platforms;
• market data providers;
• payment providers;
• VPS providers;
• cloud infrastructure providers;
• internet service providers.

Trading Execution does not own, control or operate these third-party services.

Trading Execution makes no representation or warranty regarding their:

• availability;
• security;
• reliability;
• accuracy;
• compatibility; or
• continued operation.

Your use of third-party services remains subject to their respective terms and policies.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• you are solely responsible for configuring any Expert Advisor;
• you are responsible for verifying trade instructions before execution where reasonably practicable;
• you remain responsible for monitoring open positions and pending orders;

Trading Execution accepts no responsibility for trading decisions, investment outcomes or financial losses resulting from your use of the Services.
