Certain Services include Expert Advisors designed to operate with MetaTrader 5 or other supported trading platforms.

You acknowledge that:

• an Expert Advisor operates based on user-defined settings, parameters or instructions;
• incorrect configuration may lead to unintended trading outcomes;
• software-assisted execution does not eliminate trading risk;
• Expert Advisors may not perform as expected under all market conditions;
• Trading Execution cannot guarantee that every instruction will be executed successfully or at the desired price or time.

Users remain solely responsible for reviewing, monitoring and managing their trading activities.

5Third-Party Platform Risk

The Services may depend on third-party platforms and infrastructure, including:

• MetaTrader 5;
• brokerage platforms;
• market data providers;
• VPS providers;
• cloud service providers;
• internet service providers.

Trading Execution does not own or control these services.

Interruptions, updates, outages or changes affecting third-party platforms may impact the operation or availability of the Services.

Trading Execution is not responsible for failures arising from third-party systems.

6Execution Risk

Trading instructions may not always be executed exactly as intended.

Execution may be affected by factors including:

• broker execution policies;
• market liquidity;

• internet connectivity;
• platform availability;

• network interruptions;
